1. Commercial Distribution Rights

All audio tracks, stems, and masters processed and exported using CrispVocals (whether MP3 or lossless 24-bit WAV) are 100% royalty-free for commercial use.

You are free to release your tracks on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, broadcast radio, sync licensing, and streaming platforms without paying royalties or licensing fees to CrispVocals.

2. Acceptable Use

By uploading content to CrispVocals, you represent that you own the necessary rights to the audio stems, vocals, or beats, or have obtained license permissions from copyright holders. You agree not to use the service to process defamatory, illegal, or infringing content.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Billing Cycles: Paid plans (Plan Pro and Plan Artist) are available on monthly or lifetime billing as selected at checkout.
• Cancel Anytime: Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time directly through your account Settings via the Stripe Customer Portal.
• No Hidden Fees: There are no cancellation penalties or hidden export costs.

4. Disclaimer & Service Availability

CrispVocals provides high-quality DSP audio processing tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and broadcast-ready sound fidelity, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.
