At CrispVocals, we believe artists must always own their craft. You retain 100% of all intellectual property, copyrights, and master recording rights to any audio stems, vocal recordings, beats, lyrics, and final mixes uploaded to or generated through CrispVocals.
We claim no ownership, licensing stake, or moral rights over your music.
2. Zero AI Model Training on Your Recordings
We do NOT use your private audio stems, unmixed vocals, or finished masters to train public AI models. Your audio is processed strictly to execute the mixing, tuning, and mastering algorithms you request in your session.
3. Information We Collect & How We Use It
- Account Details: Email address and full name to manage your authentication, password recovery, and project history.
- Audio Processing Data: Uploaded audio stems and user-selected DSP parameters (pitch correction, EQ curve, compression ratios, and LUFS targets).
- Payment & Subscription Details: Billing transactions are handled securely through Stripe. CrispVocals never stores your raw credit card numbers.
4. Data Storage & Security
Audio files and stem data are stored in encrypted Cloudflare R2 object storage with zero egress bandwidth restrictions. Sessions are protected using cryptographic WebCrypto PBKDF2 password hashing and signed HMAC session tokens.
